No new coal: Let’s bury HRL once and for all

The HRL proposed new coal-fired power station is being propped up by a $100 million grant provided by taxpayers. HRL have not met their milestones and the Federal Government now has grounds to remove the grant. Removing the subsidy will kill this insane project. Come along to the rally and call for Feds to take HRL’s grant away. Wednesday 1 February, 12.30pm, Parliament House, Spring St, Melbourne.

F for Ferguson: protest the fossil fool

Martin Ferguson is an energy minister that prefers 19th Century fossil fuels over renewables, and he’s not afraid to show it. Come along to this early morning action on Tuesday 13 December in East Melbourne before his speech to the Committee for the Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) to let him know we want renewable energy, not coal, gas, oil and Uranium.
